Ultimate Cozumel Itinerary: Must-Do Tours and Activities

Cozumel is a small island off the coast of Play del Carmen, Mexico. While small, it is the largest island in the Mexican Caribbean. The island is mostly underdeveloped with less than half of it inhabited and in use. Cozumel is rich in history and its famous for its coral reefs which makes it a great place to scuba dive.


The island has it's own airport, but most people take the 45 min ferry from Playa Del Carmen. It is also one of the most popular cruise ports in the world. While you can take a quick day trip out here from Playa Del Carmen or a cruise, I recommend you actually spend a few days here as there is plenty to keep you occupied. So let's take a look at some of the great things to do while there.
